P.B.B.P - Peanut Butter Breakfast Pizza

Sweet pizza for breakfast??? Yes, and it is actually very healthy! This delicious and unique breakfast treat is perfect if you plan to make something special for the weekend, I can ensure you that everyone will love it!

This pizza is vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, contains a high amount of protein and will make you happy all day long;)

As topping you can use whatever you like, from fruits to berries, or just chocolate!

Breakfast Peanut Butter Pizza

Recipe

Gluten free, sugar free and vegan!

 

Ingredients:

100 g boiled chickpeas

30 g rolled oats

1 tbsp coconut butter

80 g dates (pitted and chopped)

2 tbsp ground nuts or crushed linseeds

30 g grated coconut

 

Toppings:

Peanut butter, melted vegan chocolate, berries, fruits or whatever you like!

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients until it starts to stick together.
  2. Press it out over a parchment paper. Form a pizza base.
  3. Heat the oven to 180C.
  4. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  5. Top with some tbsp peanut butter (natural), melted chocolate, berries and all your favourite toppings.
  6. Enjoy with some tea!

Erdnuss Butter Frühstücks-Pizza

Rezept

 

Zutaten:

100 g gekochte Kichererbsen

30 g Haferflocken

1 EL Kokosmus

80 g Datteln ohne Kern

2 EL gemahlene Nüsse oder geschrotete Leinsamen

30 g Kokosraspeln

 

Topping:

Erdnuss Butter (ungesüßt), geschmolzene vegane Schokolade, Beeren, Früchte und mehr.

 

Anleitung:

  1. Alle Zutaten (außer die Toppings) in einem Mixer geben und pürieren bis die Zutaten anfangen zusammen zu kleben.
  2. Den Teig über ein Backpapier ausdrucken und eine Pizza formen.
  3. Der Backofen auf 180C heizen.
  4. Die Pizza Boden (ohne Toppings) 15-20 Minuten backen.
  5. Deine Pizza mit einige EL Erdnuss Butter toppen und ausstreichen, darüber geschmolzene vegane Schokolade, Beeren oder andere Leckereien streuen.
  6. Genießen!
